3. Payment Terms
- Payments will be made as per the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the contract.
- A deposit may be required before the commencement of work.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project or as otherwise specified.
4. Project Timeline
- Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project; however, these may change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, supply delays, or client-requested changes.
- Any delays will be communicated promptly to the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing access to the property and any necessary approvals or permits.
- Clients must ensure that the work area is clear and safe before the commencement of work.
6. Materials & Equipment
- All materials used in the project will be of standard quality, as agreed upon.
- If the client requests specific materials, these may be subject to additional charges.
7. Changes & Cancellations
- Any changes to the project must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties in writing.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date, otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
8. Warranty
- Our company offers a warranty on workmanship for a specified period after completion. Warranty details will be provided in the project contract.
- Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors are not covered by the warranty.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of the client’s actions or negligence during or after the completion of work.
